Maintenance/Housekeeping Assistant

Atrium Post Acute Care of Black River Falls is seeking a self-motivated individual who will strive to create and maintain a warm atmosphere, and a positive experience. Providing high quality customer service is a must. Maintaining excellent working relationships is important. Applicants must be motivated and flexible. Knowledge of Life Safety Code is preferred.
It is preferred that applicants have a High school diploma or equivalent.
Duties and responsibilities include:
Housekeeping assistance when needed
preventative maintenance of equipment and building
assuring compliance with state, federal, and other regulatory guidelines
participating in regular safety inspection tours
preforming routine maintenance and repair on the facility and equipment such as:
o plumbing
o plastering
o painting
o routine electrical
o carpentry
o mechanical
Individuals must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if necessary
