Team Lead - Manufacturing

We have 2 openings for Team Leads in our plant.
Each Lead will drive a team of 10-15 individuals to exceed productivity standards while delivering them tools, resources and creativity to do so.
The pay for this position will range between $18-$20/hr depending on experience.
SKILLS Comfortable communicating to all levels within the facility Comfortable being the leader of an area and the processes and operations within it.
Ability to lead and develop a Team.
Ability to monitor processes, recognize issues, and determine countermeasures Ability to train the Team in Equipment Operation and Process Operation Comfortable conducting and participating in group meetings Ability to operationally plan for multiple types of equipment and areas GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES Reports to Production Supervisor Works with the Supervisor to monitor and improve all aspects of Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Productivity within their Area.
Monitors all Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Production key measurements.
Reports status of measurements as directed.
Provide work direction to Operators.
Establish countermeasures when gaps to Metrics are observed.
Motivates Team to meet Metrics goals.
Conducts Beginning and End of Shift Toolbox Meetings.
Communicates within and outside team daily.
Train Operators within their assigned area.
